 welcome to CEO insights I'm Marilyn dezman with Inn I'm speaking with Peter schow president and CEO of Heritage mining hi Peter hi thanks for having us yeah good to have you so I guess first question why is Heritage mining a compelling opportunity investment opportunity at this time yeah so that's a fantastic question especially right now we've had a fantastic week uh leading into Pac uh we've done a lot of work tightening up uh the true float as I call it so right now there's about uh

86% of the stock I know where that is uh or we do um so there's only 14% out there uh so very very tight how I like to put that is like we're we're torqued uh to the upside once we start our 24 2024 exploration program so that's for about almost a you know shareholder or investor perspective um from a technical standpoint uh you know we're poised for the next Discovery in Northwestern Ontario our belt has seen a significant amount of attention uh we've been there for almost two years um our property has

the highest or the most amount of historical mineral occurrences uh we have a team that has brought multiple projects from exploration through to production uh and we're very boots on the ground active um and mobilizing right now so it's it's a very exciting time uh um Gold's doing very well so it's uh you know I think it's going to be a very good year yeah so maybe uh to expound a little bit on that you mentioned your team I think investors are always interested to know you know

the people behind the company would you want to highlight some of those um you know obviously yourself and some of the uh key people that are in your team yeah so um we can start with the chairman uh Patrick menen um he was responsible or part of the team uh from a director level to the trani sale to IM gold for 585 million uh as is Jim Fairburn so there's you know some some high-powered local Ontario stories that's the kot mine that's the next Ontario darling we hope to be the next one um but that was

all the way from exploration through to sale which is fantastic and then we have Ray caralis who was the founding CEO and director of Dr Global that's a mind building and consulting firm he has multiple mind builds so when we go and look at a property like the dren black like our Flagship um we look at is there is there mind potential is it to infrastructure and we TI all of the boxes the access is fantastic to all of our targets you could basically drill by the Logging Road that was not the case

in the in the early 1900s you know they were caging in and flying planes in so we really set up for success in that area and it's a low Capital cost to explore relative to other Explorers so we really make the dollar dollar work there so you have two projects the uh Flagship Drayton as you've uh the Drayton Black Lake and the contact made could you provide an overview of these projects and why they are compelling yeah so the uh dren Black Lake is our Flagship property uh We've optioned a

portion of that a large portion of that from uh still water and that is a gold gold silver and copper exploration projects about 15,000 hectares uh 24 historical mineral occurrences on the property both gold silver um there is uh the or sorry the um mineralization style is orenic glow gold and base Metals uh what we've defined last year is we've extended to a total strike length of a kilometer long 200 MERS wide and we've doubled the depth um that's in the Alcona Area and we're looking to work up

uh other targets Zone 3 Zone 10 um and split Lake which we think are all connected in the same uh fluid Pathways so uh it's you know very exciting uh easy access uh for the most part um and then contact Bay is a copper nickel and plaum so that's uh Northwestern Ontario just south of uh Dryden so about a 4H hour drive from Thunder Bay again access is fantastic Kinross has the package to the north of us um the plan there is we're working with Kinross right now from a pering perspective to cut a uh a

trail in there and the the best Pathway to get in and that's a that's a past producer it was very small it's a few thousand ounces back in the 1900s um but again very attractive easy targets to drill and we've had uh some mayic Ultra mayic intrusions from uh geophysical interp we flew GE Airborne em and mag uh previously we've had a great interpretation on that and we've identified two large bodies and we've had you know Min U economic grade copper um in niol at surface so we're looking

forward to expanding that well so we're in a great area uh we're advancing we're probably the most active um in 2023 from an expiration perspective uh so we have you know a lot of news to come and you know the Stock's looking really good so right so what the exploration plans for 2024 yes the exploration plan right now we have six permits in so last year we had drill permits in for three areas so we have six and we're for we're pushing forward two from last year one didn't

make the cut um so we have a total of eight so we'll be doing um where the plan is is ground IP uh Drilling and then in between the areas of those permanent areas uh we're doing some you know Grassroots maybe some soils or some other um exploration techniques prospecting mapping to really connect the dots so we're here at pdac in tono what's the key message you have for investors attending here about Heritage mining I would definitely take a look at our story uh we've done a lot of work

leading up to pedak to make it you know really torque to the upside um the beautiful thing about this market and why we're all here um is not all you know generate jobs and it's a fantastic career but um you make the the capital appreciation or the stock price appreciation happens very very quick um and when you're with a team that is well set up and has experienced management with a fantastic property you want to pay attention to that you want to pay attention to it right now so all right
