would surprise you to hear that Pakistan has talked about dropping a nuke on Israel very recently. We'll talk about all that. It's not as alarming as I made it sound, but I want to talk to you about the war and how it's affecting you. Of course, you see what's going on on the news, but a lot of people are watching this from North America or further safer distances and you're just watching on TV. It's almost like a television show, but this is a real thing that's happening. But I'm going to
tell you though, the war itself of course is going to affect you. And I always ask you guys early to please click like on this channel just to get our message out to more people who are going to need to hear it. I'm going to talk about some of the things you might want to consider just to keep an idea about the best ways for you to position yourself, where to step, where to not step to try and preserve your wealth, make money if you can, avoid some of the risks. And I want to mention about how
I've been telling you guys in the newsletters that I am absolutely trying to get away from this topic. gets so heavy and awful and there's so little you can do and it's terrible to watch. But it's not just the women and children innocent victims. Some of the innocent victims are even the people of the country, the nation where if you live in Iran, you might not like your leadership at all and you're against them, but you just go along to not get tortured, not get killed. So you're standing there
with a group of 100,000 North Koreans clapping their hands. And if you don't, you get tortured, then you're clapping your hands, too. Those are victims. Some of the people who are just in the wrong place at the wrong time, the wrong country at the wrong time, I suppose. But the war itself, you hear the effects, the obvious ones. Well, price of oil went up, big surprise, etc., etc., death and destruction and all those horrible things that are the real important stuff a lot more than anything
we talk about. But I'm just going to give you my perspective from my wheelhouse, the stuff that I know about more. It's not the military stuff. You want to focus on that. There's plenty of coverage of course right now, but if you want to focus on the investment aspect of it with the understanding that it's not at all important compared to what's really important in life, but if you want to learn about the best way because it's happening either way, the war, all these things happen either way. So, you
want to let on the other side of it in a better position than a worse position. It's pretty straightforward and feels awful. Worst part of this business is you watch a bomb fall and you're like, "Yeah, I made a dollar." Like, it's horrible. I'm getting away from this when I can, but there's literally nothing more significant for every aspect of investing right now than the military conflicts going on. And specifically right now, the one that's most relevant is the one with Israel and
Iran because there's a lot of ways where you don't know which way it's going to go. And I'm not trying to diminish any other conflicts like the one in Ukraine, for example. It's the devil you know versus the devil you don't. I still do not believe that people are appropriately understanding the way that this war in the Middle East could very easily go. We talk about well it's escalating fast. We talk about wow that could get worse. But what is going on with Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey,
what they do is going to matter as well. Is America getting into the war? Almost certainly. Going to go through a few things really quickly to consider. And one of the things I wrote in the email recently was that there's going to be a blowback. You see oil prices expand. You see gold prices go up and then if tensions minimize those things are reversed. So all of a sudden there's a risk where you say, "Okay, there's a war. Oil prices is going to go up." So you buy an oil company and then oil prices drop $4 the
next day because things calm down. There's a risk there. You got to be super cautious. It's no different than when there's no war. You have to know when to buy something before it makes a move. You have to understand why it's going to go there and how long it's going to stay there. Take your profits when you see them. I just add some quick color to the comment from Pakistan. It was a rep from Pakistan. You can look up his name if you want. It's out there, I'm sure. He mentioned that if Israel uses a
nuclear bomb against Iran, they would drop a nuclear bomb on Israel. And the official statement came out later, Pakistan saying, "We're not saying that. That's not our official statement. That guy's crazy. And so they walk back thankfully. But Afghanistan's even thrown their hat in the ring, although there's not much they can do, but they're saying that they're coming out in support of Iran, as is to be expected. But the one to watch is Turkey, which is a top 10 military
worldwide. Turkey is the ninth largest military in the world. They are the second largest NATO member after America, the standing army they have in Turkey. in Erdogan is not a fan of Israel. He's also interested in moving into the power vacuum that's been left in Syria with the fall of Bashar also. It's all one thing. Okay? Do we go the path of extreme war or do we pull back from the edge a bit? Those are the choices. Either way, it's going to affect you directly because, for example, oil
prices go up several dollars. All of a sudden, you're paying more for gas. The cost of every business to run costs more. You want to get a component, you order through a company that's going to bring it to you. They're paying for gas. They have to pay for fuel to get the thing to you. These are costs that add that you're not going to see at first, but as the price of oil goes higher. The higher it goes, the more stress, just like rising interest rates. Just like inflation, it's just about how
much stress goes on the economy before it breaks. So, you're going to see oil prices increase. You're going to see inflation increase. You're going to pay more for gas. Everything's going to cost more. A subtle almost invisible tax added to everything because the price of fuel is greater, which means that inflation will just swell even more and the economy itself will be under a lot of pressure. And not to mention the fact there's so much uncertainty, not just from the tariff war, we're talking about
the real war, the uncertainty there, because it's not as though, well, if it goes one way, then Israel will lose 100 more people. If it goes the other way, they'll lose 100 less. It's more like if it goes one way, there could be absolute chaotic devastation that changes everything worldwide forever. It's that significant. If you're watching some of these other things on the news that are not significant, then you're watching the wrong thing. My expectation is that America will almost
certainly get involved in the war against Iran because I have heard and we used to always talk about this all the time, the trade of Hormuz, it's a really narrow choke point where so much oil out of the Middle East is going through there. There's not a lot of like railroads or pipelines. So much oil of the world goes through there. enough that if you shut down the straight of hormuz that completely derails the whole global economy in many ways, and I haven't heard anybody talk about the straight of Hormuz in such a
long time, and I've heard four or five mentions of it in the last 24 hours, Iran needs to show some aggression. They need to prove that they're fighting back better while Israel's just strafing back and forth across their country right now, taking out top leaders soon as I see them. But I'm expecting that there will be some reprisal attacks against American personnel who are all over the world. There's so many targets. It's almost like the American military machine is a distributed ledger in itself. So even
someone who is acting on their own might take an action. There will be actions against American forces worldwide. Even people acting on their own, lone wolves which will lead America into the war. poss. It's on. And to a certain degree, they're trying to have the right kinds of optics, but I don't think that there has been much of a difference in the path that's always leading up to the bombers from Diego Garcia flying over Iran and dropping the deep penetration mother bombs onto the nuclear sites
because Israel's bombs apparently don't go that deep or whatever. The point is this is a place where people fight and die for four reasons. Ideology, religion, territory, resources. And just like Jerusalem, Middle East, it's all a place where all of these things come together. That's why I say to my children, I say to anybody who asks in the newsletter, I say this, the wars in the Middle East, the wars in Jerusalem, they will never end until one of the sides is actually wiped out. Horrible
thing to say. I'm just I'm just talking reality here because shame on us as a society of people. I got to say with the knowledge we have, the experience we have, the technologies that we're coming out with, and we're still running around a couple of clubs just batting each other over the head. If I could say one thing to the entire society of humanity, I would say grow up. take the win, have some appreciation for the fact that you're even sentient and cognizant of the fact of your
individuality and mortality and you understand all these things that animals are not able to understand. And when we do that is all these horrible events and a lot of times it's based on the desires of a small group of some idiot men who say, "Well, we need to own that territory for our safety." And because it's for our safety, then we get to act out like this. In terms of a total experiment about humanity, I think that we're failing pretty badly and it would be so simple to do things a lot better
in almost every way like a flat text for example, yada yada. like so many ways free internet and they won't do it because the systems that have been brought up are set up to survive all these years, hundreds of years. They're set up to preserve the power in place because the power in place is who sets out the system. That's why it's difficult. You have to have a big uprising to overthrow a government. And I never used to think that we would have a civil war in America in my lifetime.
I've kind of thought that maybe there's more of a chance of it now than say 20 years ago. I keep saying I'm trying to get away from this topic, but how do you get away from it? And you should watch the hard stuff. I know. But I just wanted to mention a few things to keep in mind that this war is going to result in a lot of inflation and a lot more potential escalation which will result in a lot more even more extreme problems and escalations and more countries coming involved. There's very few good
ways out of this and very few that I think we're actually going to see. But hopefully know for the best and I'm going to try and get away from this topic. But I'll talk about it when I feel like it'll be best for you if I give you a couple of thoughts. And it's so important right now more than ever in your life to keep an eye on all of this stuff. And the way to do that is to become a Peter Leads insider. peterleads.com/inssiders. I'll tell you my opinion about when to take action, what's going to happen
next, and how to best land on your feet helping people you care about during this calamitous time.
